These terms explain the rules for using the Veloura Beauty website and buying products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Veloura Beauty is a trading name of M.L. Trading International Ltd.
About our products
We sell genuine beauty, personal care and related products. Some products may be clearance, overstock, ex-display or supplied in limited quantities. Product images, packaging and colours may vary slightly from screen images. Always follow the product packaging and instructions.
Product information and availability
We take care to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct an error, update information or withdraw a product. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and explain your options.
Orders and contracts
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement, but the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch unless we tell you otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or we identify suspected fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
We deliver to the locations and by the services shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Please check that your delivery details are correct before submitting an order.
Returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Our voluntary returns process for eligible unopened and unused products is explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Certain sealed goods may not be returnable once opened for hygiene or health-protection reasons. Contact us before returning an item.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, copy its content for commercial use without permission or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are responsible only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and arise from our breach of these terms.
